Our Staff

The Early Years Childcare Centre has daycare programs with 3 teachers per classroom where most of them are mothers themselves who make sure that each child feels the love and caring that they will get from home. Each of our teachers receives training before working at the childcare centres to be able to work under our philosophy. All of our childcare centres share a multicultural environment by also providing multicultural teachers. Please, read below some information on the background of each of our childcare supervisors and directors.

Orit Gal

Co-Founder & President 

The extensive experience and passion for children has led Orit Gal to operate three successful child care centres located in York Region, Ontario. Orit has graduated as a school teacher with honors.

Her efforts have been directed to providing children and their families with unique daycare facility that is geared towards a learning environment, tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Orit is a strong believer that children can reach their highest potential when given the right tools to facilitate their learning while building a strong foundation of confidence and knowledge. She is married and with four children.

As a team, we at the Early Years Childcare centre develops every season different activities to donate for children’s in need in our community.   All of those activities teach our children attending our daycare programs about helping others and what cooperation is all about.
